Kody Kerbox 2nd at the Turtle bay World Series Stop
Continuing his streak of success Kody Kerbox once again showed that he means business with his 2nd place finish at the Turtle Bay Summer Paddle Challenge, presented by Pacifico and Naish. After an impressive 3rd place in the long distance from Hukilau, Kody hit the water on sunday for the sprint races with solid performances throughout the day to finish in 2nd place.
A tie for 2nd overall, meant a World Series Tie-breaker, that saw Kody battle it out with Oahu’s Andrew Logreco. After an intense 1 lap short course, Kody broke away from Andrew after turning the final mark, catching a bump through the surf zone to secure the win and his well deserved 2nd place. – Congratulations
Kody and team mate Noa Ginella are now off to Hood River to join the rest of team Naish for the upcoming Naish Gorge Paddle Challenge
