Julien Taboulet scores big time

November 5, 2012

On October 31st Argeles-sur-Mer in the Pyrenees Orientales, just a few miles from Spain, was presented with conditions of exceptional proportions. Mother Nature was raging with a storm in the east which generated waves of historical proportions for the Mediterranean. Naish rider Julien Taboulet was the only one braving the conditions on his Hokua 8’5″. He comments:”Sometimes, the Mediterranean sea can be on fire, Argeles Sur Mer is a nice village close to the spanish border, 30km down to Leucate. The outside buoy had registred 6,9M swell max this day, with 10 second of period!!!! Naish Hokua 8’5, small quad, that was a good ride…;)
